Joshua was born and raised in the Houston area. At a young age, he was instilled with a sense of family and faith. These values continue to be a major factor in his life and work. In 2013, Joshua and his wife, Heidi, moved to Katy, TX to be closer to extended family. At the time, Joshua was a stay-at-home dad. He enjoyed having the opportunity to have an impact on his children’s lives. In 2015, Joshua decided to go back into the workforce, and he opened his law firm and began serving consumers in the bankruptcy field. Joshua has had the opportunity to work with hundreds of people to assist them in obtaining their second chance financially. The same family values that make Joshua a good husband, father, brother, and friend, are the values that make him a good bankruptcy attorney. Joshua takes pride in the work that he does and the people he helps.

Joshua has filed a large number of chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcies. His approach to the law is to emphasize the client. He believes strongly in providing as much access as possible to himself as the attorney. It is his goal that every single client is pleased with the service they receive. Joshua also believes in strong legal ethics. While Joshua believes in getting the best deal for his client, it is important to him that the character of both himself and his client be upheld as exemplary.

In his free time, Joshua enjoys spending time with his wife, three kids, and dog. This includes things like going to the park, swimming, playing video games, and working on school projects. He also enjoys woodworking as a hobby and has made a few cabinets and other small projects.

Joshua is a graduate of Oak Brook College of Law and is a member of the California Bar. He is also a member of The United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas and The United States District Court for the Southern District of California. He primarily works in the bankruptcy court in the Southern District of Texas.

In a previous life, Joshua worked in IT for 12 years and obtained a Master of Science in Computer Science from Texas State University.
